As posted by ENPICOM
ENPICOM builds intuitive, high-performance software that helps biotech and pharma scientists turn immune-repertoire data into therapeutics. Our customers include leading pharma and biotech companies in immunology and antibody discovery.
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to set product direction across our platform as we move from feature delivery toward discovery-driven, AI-native product development. This is not an execution-only role: you will own the why and the what across multiple product areas, partner closely with the CTO and CEO on strategy, and act as the de facto product leader for the company as the organisation scales under you.
What you will do
Set a multi-year product vision and roadmap for the ENPICOM Platform, grounded in immunology and drug-discovery workflows
Run continuous discovery: customer interviews, on-site visits, shadowing scientists in their lab and analysis flow
Represent ENPICOM at scientific and industry conferences (AIRR Community, AAI, Bio-IT World, and others); bring back signal, not just slides
Shape AI-native product surfaces, from LLM-assisted analysis to ML-driven insight generation, in close collaboration with our engineering and ML teams
Prototype and wireframe directly. We expect you to design, not just brief
Define and tend the operational PM craft: prioritisation, release planning, stakeholder communication. Roughly a third of the role
Coach and grow the broader product organisation as it scales under you
