(Senior) Product Operations Manager (m/f/d)

The role

• Own and manage product discovery, roadmap planning, analytics, and AI-assisted workflow tools ensuring teams execute effectively.
• Connect product data to strategic outcomes by fostering data-informed decision-making across the product organization.
• Enable strategic product planning through OKR definition, outcome-driven goal measurement, and roadmap planning cycles.
• Streamline processes across product teams, eliminate friction, and evangelize best practices so PMs focus on core product work.
• Design efficient feedback loops to collect, analyze, and share customer and stakeholder insights with product teams.

What they are looking for

• 3+ years in product operations, product management, or adjacent roles.
• Strategic thinking experience with OKRs, outcome-driven goals, and strategic planning frameworks.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to align product teams and stakeholders across departments.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel), user research platforms (Condens), and roadmap planning software (Productboard).
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
