Group Product Manager - (Logistics, Routing & Dispatch Optimization)

The role

• You own the product strategy and roadmap for logistics, routing, and dispatch optimization across Delivery Hero's multi-market operations.
• You define requirements, prioritize features, and collaborate with engineering, data science, and operations teams to ship solutions that reduce delivery times and costs.
• You work with real-world constraints: managing thousands of active riders, handling peak-hour demand spikes, and optimizing for profitability across multiple geographies.

What they are looking for

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in logistics, marketplace, or operations-heavy platforms.
• Deep understanding of routing algorithms, dispatch systems, or supply-chain optimization problems.
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making: you can read metrics dashboards, interpret A/B tests, and argue with SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to ship products in fast-moving, complex environments with cross-functional dependencies.
