Director, Product Management (Financial Services)

The role

• Lead the financial services product strategy and roadmap across Delivery Hero's portfolio of companies and geographies.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership (engineering, operations, finance, legal) to shape product vision and execution.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, launch, and optimization across multiple markets and payment solutions.

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a director or principal-level role.
• Proven expertise in fintech, payments, or financial services products at scale.
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple geographies and managing complex regulatory and compliance landscapes.
