Get started with your online application Apply now About the Team Our Trust & Safety, Integrity and Fraud Product team is dedicated to ensuring a safe and trusted experience for all customers across our platform, including Consumers, Merchants, and Couriers. We tackle complex challenges, from preventing fraud, abuse and Account Takeover to ensuring authenticity, to building regulatory compliance capabilities, all while balancing risk mitigation and providing a seamless user experience. Our team partners closely with cross-functional groups, including Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, and Risk Operations, to drive strategic initiatives that protect our business while fostering growth. About the Role Trust is foundational to an on-demand marketplace. Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt are converging European capabilities into one platform and one global product capability to prevent fraud and abuse. The marketplace is expanding rapidly beyond just restaurants as we become “your door to more." As we add new products, geographies, ways for Consumers, Merchants and Couriers to engage, we’re expanding and enhancing our fraud capabilities to be best in the industry at keeping our platform safe and trustworthy. We strongly believe that trust is the most important attribute of an online marketplace, and the team ensures that we maintain this trust. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager that will lead dedicated cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges that impact Consumers, Couriers and Merchants and touch every corner of our business - from new user onboarding, to the in-app delivery experience, to the products and services being created that our users can’t find anywhere else. We are looking to hire for a few roles, so you’ll either lead a vertical fraud team protecting Consumers, Couriers or Merchants, or lead a horizontal fraud platform team focused on building our Risk Engine, Data Signals Intelligence and Automation / Anomaly Detection capabilities or leading compliance and authenticity efforts involving Identity Verification and Right to Work. The Fraud team is in hyper growth in terms of its size and impact and offers a unique opportunity to set and execute on a vision that will shape the future of Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt globally. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Set the vision and long-term product strategy for one of our vertical fraud teams or our horizontal platform fraud team. Prevent, detect and mitigate fraud and abuse, building and leveraging AI systems to address risk in real time. Build an AI-led fraud operations platform that turns complex marketplace signals into automated decisions, prioritised investigations, and actionable case workflows, stopping fraud, abuse and manipulation before incidents occur. Develop and execute a customer-focused product roadmap through close collaboration with senior leadership, Operations, Data Science, Analytics, Design, and Engineering all while balancing business needs. Translate customer and internal-user needs into clear, well-defined functional and technical requirements backed by data analysis and deep understanding of our users Guide and interface closely with data analysis and engineering teams to define scope, review and refine technical capabilities, prioritize projects for release, and define new opportunities. Build long-term instrumentation, monitoring, and evaluation capabilities for product performance, tracking, and to create product insights. Establish business cases and projected return on investment to identify and prioritize opportunities Partner with Finance and Business Leaders to manage the impact on the profitability of the overall business. Establish success metrics and executive reviews covering fraud trends and P&L impact. We’re excited about you because you have… 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning complex, cross-functional products from strategy through execution in ambiguous problem spaces. Experience defining strategic vision and roadmap execution in a given product area. Demonstrated experience shipping AI-enabled or automation-heavy products, with sound judgment about where models can accelerate decisions and where human expertise, safeguards, and accountability must remain central. Experience in technology, fraud, privacy, security, data governance, trust & safety, risk or an enthusiasm to learn and keep customers and the ecosystem fraud-free and protected Strong ability to translate ambiguous policy, legal, or regulatory requirements into practical, scalable product solutions and clear engineering priorities. Fluency in modern AI product development, including evaluating model quality, designing human-in-the-loop experiences, and translating emerging capabilities into practical, measurable customer and business value. Extreme customer centricity with a focus on ensuring low-friction experiences for good customers. An analytical, structured approach to ambiguity and risk, with the ability to frame tradeoffs, define controls, and set measurable outcomes. Experience partnering effectively with Legal, Compliance, Public Policy, Security, Privacy, Operations, Data Science, Design, and Engineering. An interest in applying AI and data-driven systems to improve fraud detection, triage, escalation, and prevention, with sound judgment about safeguards and human oversight. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to align senior leaders around urgent, high-stakes decisions.
