We are looking for a Software Product Manager to own and shape the roadmap for our C2 platform and related software products, turning customer, operational and business needs into clear product priorities and working across engineering, hardware, UX/UI, QA, Customer Success and Business Development to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

What you will be doing:

  • Own the software product roadmap for our C2 platform and related software products

  • Translate customer, tender and operational needs into product requirements, use cases, user stories and a prioritized development backlog

  • Define product vision, priorities and release plans together with the Head of Product

  • Continuously prioritize development based on customer needs, company goals, delivery commitments and overall product vision

  • Work closely with software engineering, hardware, UX/UI, QA and Customer Success to deliver high-quality releases

  • Ensure strong alignment between software and hardware products and manage cross-functional dependencies

  • Engage with customers, end users and Business Development to gather feedback and continuously improve the product

  • Support tenders and customer opportunities by helping define solutions that meet operational needs

  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies and competitors to help guide future product development

What we are looking for:

  • Experience managing complex software products with multiple stakeholders and technical dependencies

  • Excellent product requirements and backlog management skills, with the ability to turn customer, business and engineering needs into clear, actionable priorities

  • Strong systems thinking and technical understanding, especially in environments where software interacts with hardware, sensors or third-party systems

  • Proven ability to own and prioritize a product roadmap, balancing customer needs, company priorities and engineering capacity

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority

  • Experience with C2, defence, robotics, autonomy or unmanned systems is a strong advantage

  • Experience working with integrated hardware-software products is a plus

  • Experience with user-centred design and UX is beneficial
