  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, with a solid understanding of the NIST framework, ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks, and other relevant industry best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of secure configuration, as well as system and application hardening.
  • Ability to interpret configuration and assessment reports.
  • Ability to assess the relevance and effectiveness of information security controls.
  • Ability to propose improvements to existing controls and recommend new ones.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across the organization.

As a Product Analyst, you will join the Cyber Control Squad within the Offensive Cybersecurity product and collaborate with all IT&Data teams to ensure that cybersecurity rules and best practices are properly implemented across our information systems.
The role is based in Warsaw, Poland.

About the role:

The Product Analyst supports the Cyber Control Squad in ensuring that secure configurations, hardening requirements, cybersecurity rules, and best practices are correctly implemented across our information systems.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deploy cybersecurity control plans focused on secure configuration and hardening standards (OS, network, identity, cloud, applications, etc.).
  • Build dashboards and automated reports to measure secure configuration compliance.
  • Identify gaps, deviations, and areas requiring remediation.
  • Translate configuration requirements (internal standards and baselines, CIS, NIST, etc.) into actionable tasks for product and platform teams.
  • Provide guidance during implementation and adoption.
  • Organize and lead follow-up sessions with technical and product teams.
  • Present compliance status, explain deviations, and facilitate hardening improvement plans.
  • Track remediation actions through to closure.
  • Analyze recurring issues and suggest improvements to hardening guidelines and secure configuration controls.
  • Act as a key business partner to stakeholders (IT&Data Product Owners), focusing on delivering best-in-class Cyber Control across the organization.
  • Ensure remediation follow-up for non-compliant controls according to risk priorities.
