Job Overview

Design and Deploy Danone’s Global CRM & SFA platforms in Healthcare. The role focuses on product execution, platform evolution, and support at scale, ensuring that CRM solutions are stable, scalable, compliant, and effectively used across markets to support HCP engagement and field force effectiveness.

 

Organisation & scope:

  • No direct reports
  • Global scope (20+ CBUs)
  • Works in close collaboration with senior Product Owners, Architects, and Delivery Leads

Main Responsibilities:

Product delivery & transformation

  • Contribute to the evolution of the global HCP CRM product, supporting roadmap execution and platform transformation initiatives
  • Translate business needs into clear IT and functional requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlog items
  • Ensure solutions align with global architecture, security, and IT standards

Execution & rollout

  • Coordinate enhancements, releases, and rollouts of CRM/SFA capabilities across regions and CBUs
  • Manage the delivery teams, system integrators, and vendors to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost control
  • Support deployment of global templates, balancing standardization and local needs

Stakeholder collaboration

  • Act as an IT product interface between business teams, regions, data, and digital, where applicable
  • Participate in workshops to gather requirements, validate solutions, and support change adoption
  • Collaborate with senior Product Owners and Architects on product direction and dependencies

Adoption, performance & quality

  • Monitor user adoption, platform performance, and operational KPIs
  • Collect user feedback and support continuous improvement of usability and efficiency
  • Contribute to adoption and enablement activities in collaboration with L&D and markets

Governance & compliance

  • Apply defined product governance, documentation, and release processes
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, security, data integrity, and healthcare regulations
  • Support budget tracking, forecasting, and vendor performance management

Sucess measures (KPIs): 

  • On‑time delivery of product roadmap items
  • Stable and scalable CRM platform performance
  • Improved user adoption and satisfaction
