The role

  • You own end-to-end strategic and operational responsibility for the Revenue domain around Checkout, with clear focus on revenue growth, conversion optimization, and customer satisfaction across 25 countries.
  • You develop data-driven monetization strategy for existing and new cross-sell services, derive business cases, and prioritize initiatives by expected customer and business impact.
  • You systematically identify revenue opportunities along the customer journey, formulate clear hypotheses, and validate through A/B testing, quantitative analysis, and qualitative research.
  • You translate market requirements and internal stakeholder needs into scalable product solutions, clear roadmaps, and actionable backlogs in collaboration with UX, Engineering, and cross-functional teams (Customer Care, Marketing, Mobile/Web).
  • You act as central stakeholder owner for your domain, aligning leadership and making sovereign, data-driven decisions with clear outcome focus using KPIs (Conversion, Attach Rate, AOV, Support Reduction, Compliance, Messaging Impact).

  • 5+ years as (Senior) Product Owner or (Senior) Product Manager in digital product development, ideally in E-commerce.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven working approach with proven ability to collaborate with Engineering, UX, and international business stakeholders.
  • Deep competency in understanding customer problems, deriving solution options, and specifying requirements clearly, structurably, and testably.
  • Experience in agile teamwork with confidence managing complex prioritizations, iterative product work, and diverse stakeholder landscapes.
  • Excellent communication skills translating complex product and technical topics for target audiences.
  • Fluent German and English (business-level minimum).
