The role
- You own the checkout and revenue domain end-to-end: strategy, monetization, conversion optimization, and customer satisfaction across 25+ countries.
- You develop data-driven monetization strategies for cross-sell services, build business cases, and prioritize based on quantified customer and business impact.
- You systematically identify revenue opportunities along the customer journey, formulate testable hypotheses, and validate through A/B tests, quantitative analysis, and qualitative research.
- You translate market and stakeholder needs into scalable product solutions, clear roadmaps, and actionable backlogs—collaborating with UX, Engineering, Customer Care, Marketing, and Resale teams.
- You act as the central point of contact for your domain, align stakeholders up to management level, and make confident data-driven decisions focused on KPIs: Conversion, Attach Rate, AOV, Support Reduction, Compliance, and Messaging Effectiveness.

- 4+ years as a (Senior) Product Owner or Product Manager in digital product development, ideally e-commerce or digital business.
- Strong analytical mindset: derive actionable insights from data and lead hypothesis-driven experiments.
- Proven collaboration with Engineering, UX, and international business stakeholders on user-centric, commercially impactful solutions.
- Excellent problem identification and requirements definition: structured, testable, cross-functionally understandable specs.
- Agile delivery experience: confident managing complex prioritization, iterative development, and stakeholder alignment.
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
