The role

  • You own end-to-end product strategy for Search & Monetization across CTS EVENTIM's global markets, balancing relevance improvements with revenue growth.
  • You drive search performance through AI-assisted discovery, ranking optimization, and conversion-focused experimentation—shipping updates that directly impact millions of transactions.
  • You build and scale on-site advertising solutions: sponsored listings, promotional modules, and contextual placements that unlock incremental revenue without harming user experience.
  • You partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Commercial teams to execute high-impact initiatives—from evaluating search tech (Elastic/OpenSearch) to running rigorous A/B tests.
