About the job
About you
- Be the Sales leader of one of Contentsquare's most strategic markets, cooperating with multiple stakeholders across Marketing, Customer Success, Partner and other operational business units
- Manage and grow a local sales team of high-performing sales professionals across Enterprise and Mid-Market segments
- Conduct and implement comprehensive industry research and analysis, and fine-tune our go-to-market strategy for the French market
- Establish and implement a strategic business plan to expand Contentsquare's customer base and strengthen our presence in France
- Implement a hands-on sales approach to reach ambitious new logo targets while building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify market opportunities based on customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and team insights
- Collaborate with the local leadership team and cross-functional teams to optimize business impact in the region
- As the face of Contentsquare in France, you will represent the company at virtual and onsite events, acting as a credible and engaging public speaker within the French digital and tech ecosystem
About you
- A proven track record in building and/or scaling a successful sales organization in France
- Ideally experienced with scale-up or high-growth companies, with a clear vision of how to build a strong ecosystem in the French market
- B2B Enterprise Sales experience, preferably in analytics, martech, software or SaaS environments
- Demonstrated success working in cross-functional teams and collaborating across geographies
- A people-first leader who is driven to develop their team and unlock the full potential of each individual
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both French and English, comfortable being the internal and external face of Contentsquare in France
- A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the creativity to drive impact in a competitive market
- Fluent in French; strong working proficiency in English required
