The role

  • Define and socialise product strategy for in-person payments that complements the digital stack and enables end-to-end omnichannel experience.
  • Translate strategy into a clear roadmap with well-framed problem statements, customer outcomes, milestones and success metrics.
  • Lead customer, partner and market discovery across regions to validate needs and inform scope, phasing and launch approach.
  • Partner with engineering, risk, compliance, finance, legal, operations and support to design for safety, operational readiness and cost effectiveness.
  • Establish measurement framework, track performance, learn fast and iterate on execution.
