The role
- You own the end-to-end Flow/Remember Me experience: analyze merchant and user interactions, identify optimization opportunities, and design experiments to improve conversion, acceptance rates, and fraud outcomes.
- Drive data-driven growth initiatives across the payment funnel: collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to implement features that reduce time-to-market and accelerate merchant adoption.
- Gather deep customer insights through regular merchant engagement, surveys, interviews, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and shape product direction.
- Monitor and optimize 10+ KPIs including load times, time-to-interact, conversion rate, acceptance rate, fraud rate, user signup, and repeat purchase metrics.
- Stay ahead of payments industry trends: research competitive landscapes, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
