The role
- You lead the Checkout Identity Verification department, building on 6+ years of IDV excellence and market leadership across European regulated markets.
- You own and evolve a 3-year product strategy covering KYC, KYB, new European certifications, and the rise of digital identities.
- You partner across product, engineering, and business teams to ensure IDV capabilities integrate seamlessly into the broader Checkout.com ecosystem.
- You mentor a high-performing team, shaping culture and delivery while driving the current product roadmap forward.
- You work hybrid from the Paris office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

- 10+ years of progressive product management experience, including regulated financial or identity products.
- Proven track record launching and driving adoption of B2B products, particularly in compliance-heavy or onboarding-focused domains.
- Hands-on experience navigating European financial regulatory landscapes — KYC, KYB, AML, or equivalent frameworks.
- Data-driven decision-maker who can translate business insights into strategic priorities and roadmap execution.
