The role

  • You lead the Checkout Identity Verification department, building on 6+ years of IDV excellence and market leadership across European regulated markets.
  • You own and evolve a 3-year product strategy covering KYC, KYB, new European certifications, and the rise of digital identities.
  • You partner across product, engineering, and business teams to ensure IDV capabilities integrate seamlessly into the broader Checkout.com ecosystem.
  • You mentor a high-performing team, shaping culture and delivery while driving the current product roadmap forward.
  • You work hybrid from the Paris office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

  • Proven track record launching and driving adoption of B2B products, particularly in compliance-heavy or onboarding-focused domains.
