Senior Product Manager for BKNG AdTech, owning the vision and roadmap for Booking.com's privacy-compliant travel media platform in Amsterdam.
Booking.com is building a scalable, privacy-compliant, and intelligent travel media platform that we call BKNG Ads. The foundations created by this team will determine how quickly we can launch new capabilities, how effectively campaigns run, how safely data is activated, and how much leverage our teams can get from the tools they use. In this role, you will help turn a complex set of platforms and workflows into a coherent product ecosystem that can support Booking Ads growth.
The BKNG AdTech team builds the capabilities that power BKNG Ads as a scalable travel media business. We connect ad-serving, audience, data, measurement, workflow, and operational tools so that campaigns can be delivered effectively and new advertising capabilities can be built quickly.
Your work sits at the intersection of product, engineering, data, commercial operations, privacy, and external technology providers. You create the foundations that enable better targeting, measurement, automation, operational efficiency, and future commercial opportunities across BKNG Ads.
As Senior Product Manager, BKNG AdTech, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the integrated tools, workflows, and capabilities that make BKNG Ads faster, more scalable, and more effective.
You will think and act beyond just Booking.com, building the enabling AdTech capabilities that support Priceline and Agoda's advertising initiatives.
You will connect systems and teams to create capabilities that individual tools cannot provide on their own. You will identify opportunities to reduce friction, improve campaign delivery, activate data safely, and build reusable foundations for future products and partnerships.
This role is ideal for a product leader who enjoys working across a complex ecosystem of ad technology, data, engineering, commercial operations, privacy, and external vendors. You do need to understand how these areas fit together and make sound product decisions across their interfaces.
