Product Owner

The role

• Bridge Product and Technology as the main interaction point, translating commercial needs into functional and technical requirements for engineering teams.
• Lead requirements gathering, write user stories with acceptance criteria, groom backlogs, produce release plans, and track benefits realization across full product range.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, adapt backlogs to changing needs, and mentor other product owners while maintaining deep domain expertise in sports betting and iGaming.
• Ensure all solutions meet company-wide hygiene standards (performance, security, compliance) and coordinate with 3rd party content and technology providers.
• Drive operational readiness for releases, run show-and-tells, and communicate status continuously with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-interaction environment.

What they are looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or technology discipline with proven experience in a similar Product Owner role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Portuguese and English; ability to influence working practice change across analysis and development teams.
• Deep experience defining business requirements, eliciting specifications, and relating to business, design, and technical specialists with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work across multiple Agile methodologies, manage relationships effectively, and balance commercial needs against technical capabilities.
• Subject matter expert mindset with solid understanding of company organization, portfolio delivery processes, and detailed product knowledge.
