Product Manager

The role

• Manage squad roadmap, backlog, and OKRs with full autonomy — frame hypotheses and lead experiments to validate them.
• Structure product development cycles with clarity, collaborate on user research and prototyping, ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.
• Work daily with Engineers, Designers, Researchers, Data Analysts and stakeholders to integrate discovery, technical considerations and UX seamlessly.
• Define and track Customer Experience and Product performance metrics; link squad impact to broader business goals.
• Collect user feedback consistently, communicate product decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, and build transparent cross-team alignment.
