Job Description
- Support the maintenance and updating of project documentation (e.g. project charters, schedules, risks, issues, and action logs)
- Track project progress, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with the team to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate closely with finance and project teams to collect and analyze relevant data
- Contribute to ensuring adherence to project management standards and best practices within the PMO
- Prepare status reports, presentations, and communication materials for stakeholders and management
- Actively support change management activities, including training coordination and communication efforts
- Maintain project-related data and documentation across relevant tools and systems
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field
- Structured and independent working style with a strong sense of ownership
