Success in this role requires hands-on experience within a Swiss private banking or wealth management environment, a strong understanding of FINMA and FinSA requirements, excellent stakeholder management skills, and fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively collaborate across our international organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Investment Platform & Product Governance

  • Actively contribute to the functioning of the Product Committee (CLC), ensuring well-prepared proposals and effective decision-making aligned with client needs and commercial priorities.

  • Partner with Investments, Compliance, Risk, Legal and other stakeholders to support efficient product approval processes and the timely launch of investment solutions.

  • Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring the investment platform remains competitive, differentiated and fit for purpose.

  • Support the effective implementation of Product Committee decisions across the investment platform.

  • Maintain governance documentation and product records in line with FINMA, FinSA and internal governance standards.

2. Investment Governance & Distribution Quality

  • Coordinate the Local Investment Forum process and support the communication of the Bank's investment views across the organization.

  • Promote consistency between strategic asset allocation, approved investment solutions and client portfolio implementation.

  • Monitor execution of key investment decisions and follow-up actions.

  • Support initiatives that strengthen advisory quality and consistent investment practices across Advisory, AIS, DPM and Alternative Investments.

  • Develop insights that support product positioning, commercial priorities and client outcomes.

  • Coordinate structured communication to Front Office teams, including investment themes, product updates and rating changes.

  • Prepare management reporting and strategic analyses for the CIO.

4. Regulatory & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with the Global CIO to ensure consistency between global investment frameworks and Swiss regulatory requirements.

  • Partner with Compliance and Risk to ensure governance frameworks effectively balance regulatory requirements with commercial objectives.

  • Support the integration of suitability, product governance and conflict-of-interest frameworks within advisory and distribution processes.

  • Translate regulatory developments into practical and business-oriented solutions.

Profile

  • 7–10 years of relevant experience within Product Management, Investment Governance, Investment Advisory or Portfolio Management in a Swiss private banking or wealth management environment.

  • Proven experience working within the Swiss regulatory framework, including FINMA, FinSA, product governance and suitability requirements.

  • Experience interacting with Product Committees, Investment Committees and cross-functional governance bodies.

  • Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to balance governance, client outcomes and business objectives.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across Front Office, Investments, Compliance, Risk and global teams.

  • Highly organized, structured and detail-oriented, with strong project coordination skills.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.

  • Fluent English and Spanish are essential, given the role's close interaction with stakeholders across Switzerland and the Bank's Spanish-speaking organization. Portuguese and French would be advantageous.

  • CWMA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification would be considered an advantage.
