The role

  • You manage and develop a growing customer base in the Turkish lubricants market, making regular visits and building relationships at all levels.
  • You own the full commercial cycle: negotiating prices and volumes, setting sales price ranges, and optimizing purchase prices with principals.
  • You analyze market, competitor, and industry data to shape forward strategy and prepare marketing plans across market/product and client segments.
  • You act as technical support for commercial teams, synthesizing principal information and building commercialization arguments to drive field sales impact.
  • You monitor principal targets, report on market activity, and ensure long-term supply security through contract negotiation.

  • 5+ years of commercial experience in the specialty chemicals or lubricants industry, with established local networks.
  • Proven negotiation skills across both customer pricing and principal contracts.
  • Digital savviness with CRM Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and translate it into actionable product strategy.
  • Fluency in English; ability to operate across multiple stakeholder levels internally and externally.
