The role
- You lead technical implementation and optimization of Salesforce Life Science Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud for U.S. Oncology.

- You mentor and lead an engineering squad, establishing DevSecOps practices, design standards, and vendor performance frameworks.
- You bridge global Salesforce roadmaps with U.S.-specific regulatory and market demands, influencing global product strategy.
What they are looking for
- 7+ years CRM or Customer Engagement platform experience; proven expertise in Salesforce Life Science Cloud, Data Cloud, or Veeva CRM.
- Expert-level omnichannel and closed-loop marketing architecture; mastery of RESTful APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, Kafka, or MuleSoft.
- Hands-on leadership managing Scrum/Kanban squads with DevSecOps culture (CI/CD, GitFlow, automated testing).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical trade-offs into business value and influence senior stakeholders across commercial and IT.
