The role

  • You lead technical implementation and optimization of Salesforce Life Science Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud for U.S. Oncology.

  • 7+ years CRM or Customer Engagement platform experience; proven expertise in Salesforce Life Science Cloud, Data Cloud, or Veeva CRM.
  • Expert-level omnichannel and closed-loop marketing architecture; mastery of RESTful APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, Kafka, or MuleSoft.
  • Hands-on leadership managing Scrum/Kanban squads with DevSecOps culture (CI/CD, GitFlow, automated testing).
