The role
- Lead technical implementation and optimization of Salesforce Life Science Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud for U.S. BioPharma operations.
- Design and drive AI-driven omnichannel orchestration strategy, leveraging Data Cloud as the central intelligence engine to sync field rep CRM activities with personalized digital journeys.
- Oversee integration modernization: transition from legacy middleware to real-time, API-first architectures with event-driven integrations and microservices patterns.
- Mentor and lead engineering squads while serving as technical liaison to Global Product teams, translating U.S. regulatory and market demands back into the global roadmap.
What they are looking for
- 7+ years in CRM or customer engagement platforms; proven track record with Veeva CRM or Salesforce Life Science Cloud suite.
- Expert-level mastery of closed-loop marketing, omnichannel orchestration, and Data Cloud; deep hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, and tools like Kafka or MuleSoft.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across business and IT; translate complex technical trade-offs into strategic business value.
- Leadership experience scaling Scrum/Kanban squads, managing technical debt, and driving DevSecOps culture (CI/CD, GitFlow, automated testing).
- Preferred: hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, LLMs, or RAG; understanding of U.S. Pharma landscape (HIPAA, claims data, EHR); AWS/Azure and Snowflake proficiency.
