Our Story

At Ardoq, we’re not just building software, we’re shaping the future of enterprise architecture. As one of Europe’s fastest-growing SaaS companies, we’re backed by top-tier investors like EQT and One Peak. In 2022, we secured $125M in Series D funding, and in 2024, we were named a Leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant, for the fourth year in a row. Shiftx is a division of Ardoq focused on AI-first business process modeling

Ardoqians are bold, caring, and driven. With teammates from over 30 countries, we embrace diversity and thrive on collaboration. Whether you’re in Oslo (our HQ), Copenhagen, London or New York, you’ll be part of a culture that values innovation, inclusion, and making an impact.

If you’re looking for a place where your work matters and your ideas shape the future, Ardoq is the place for you.

About the Role

You'll own the product strategy and roadmap for our process modeling capability — leading discovery, driving prioritization, and working with a cross-functional squad to ship features that make business process modeling genuinely useful to the people who need it most: operations leads, transformation teams, and the enterprise architects trying to connect process to systems. You'll have the autonomy to define the direction of your product area and the accountability to deliver outcomes that move the needle for customers.

The Problems You'll Work On

  • Making process modeling accessible beyond the process team. Right now, power users love the depth of ShiftX. Business stakeholders bounce off the complexity. You'll own the discovery and delivery work that closes that gap — so the right view of a process reaches the right person without requiring them to be a BPMN expert.

  • AI-native process generation. We're building production-grade features that generate process maps from natural language and existing documentation. You'll decide what gets built, what gets cut, and what success looks like.

  • Connecting process to architecture. ShiftX process models live alongside Ardoq's broader enterprise architecture graph — systems, data, capabilities, people. Linking these layers is genuinely novel product territory. You'll define how that integration creates value for customers working on digital transformation and operational change.

  • Roadmap discipline in a fast-moving product. ShiftX is still finding its legs inside Ardoq. The best opportunities are still being discovered. You'll bring structure to that ambiguity — clear prioritization, outcome-oriented squads, and a roadmap that the business can trust.

You'll Fit If...

  • A strong track record of delivering B2B SaaS products; ideally in complex, data-driven environments

  • Experience working in start-ups or scale-ups where you've owned strategy and shipped real products

  • Deep understanding of product discovery, product-market fit, and outcome-driven development

  • Excellent execution skills enabling you to transform strategic visions into action

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—you can rally teams, explain your thinking, and influence decisions

  • The ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and commercial priorities

  • Comfort working with technical products and collaborating closely with engineers

  • Bonus points for experience in data visualization, enterprise software, or platform products
