As a Senior Value Proposition Manager, you will play a vital role in designing and driving high-impact strategic initiatives across Allegro’s Commerce Organization. You will take end-to-end ownership of key cross-functional programs, focusing on seamless execution, strategic alignment, and operational excellence.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Communication: Lead communication with Vertical Directors and senior leaders regarding product updates, roadmaps, and risk mitigation.

  • Strategy & Vision: Participates in discovery workshops and translate key insights into a cohesive strategy for each vertical to drive business solution prioritization.

  • Business Roadmap Ownership: Own the master Project Roadmap, synthesizing business and technology workstreams into a unified execution plan.

  • Requirements & Use Cases: Writes Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and capture commercial use cases to guide Product and UX/Tech teams in solution design.

  • Risk & Alignment Management: Proactively identify roadmap risks, manage escalations, and ensure tech deliverables align with strategic business goals and value creation.

  • Commercial Impact & Metrics: Track and measure GMV impact, calculate ROI, and report on overall performance metrics.

  • Program & Operational Management: Coordinate operational workstreams outside software engineering, including legal compliance, marketing alignment, commercial sourcing, and business cases.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Support tech teams by managing cross-departmental alignment with partner units (e.g., Catalog, Verticals).

This is the right job for you if you:

  • Have the right experience: Bring at least 5–6 years of professional background in E-commerce, Marketplaces, Consumer Tech, or top-tier management consulting focused on consumer projects.

  • Are highly analytical: Possess strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to tackle complex business challenges using data-driven insights.

  • Excel at cross-functional collaboration: Work effectively across disciplines with a track record of aligning diverse teams toward shared goals.

  • Confidently manage stakeholders: Can effectively engage, manage relationships, and influence senior leaders at the Director/L7+ level.

  • Understand product and tech: Have hands-on experience working seamlessly alongside product management and engineering teams.

  • Communicate exceptionally well: Focus on transparency, active listening, and providing constructive feedback in all interactions.

  • Take full ownership: Bring a strong sense of accountability, customer obsession, and a consistent record of delivering tangible business impact.
