Purpose

Own one or more HR problem areas as products. Understand what's actually broken for the people who live inside those processes, decide what to change, ship it in small increments, and prove it got better.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Own medium-term goals for your problem area, create the roadmap, and take accountability for delivered outcomes — measured in changed employee and manager behavior and business results, not in initiatives shipped.

  • Contribute to the People Products strategy by identifying the key employee, manager, or business problems in your area, informed by internal evidence and external practice, including how AI is changing this work.

  • Conduct deep, structured research and discovery. Look past what employees and stakeholders say they want. Analyze how work actually happens day to day and find the real friction. A senior leader asking for a new performance form is a symptom; your job is what's underneath it.

  • Work in small, frequent, reversible releases. Pilot with one department before rolling to the organization. Ship a rough v1 to learn rather than a perfect v3 to launch. Partner with HR specialists, engineering, and data to make changes real and measurable.

  • Manage stakeholders and scope. Set realistic expectations, draw firm boundaries, and keep your area focused. Say no to work that doesn't serve the outcome you own.

  • Iterate on live products. These don't finish. Instrument them, watch them, revise them.

This is the right job for you if:

  • You have proven experience owning something end to end and being accountable for whether it worked — product management experience, or HR/people work run in a genuinely product-shaped way.

  • You can see the process through the eyes of the people inside it — employees, managers, candidates — and understand their real constraints.

  • You have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills and can handle dependencies across other areas.

  • You're excellent at translating messy human pain points into clear, actionable changes.

  • You have strong interpersonal and stakeholder skills and can align objectives across teams that don't report to you.

  • You have an AI-native approach — skillful use of GenAI and advanced prompting to accelerate research, synthesize feedback, and speed up discovery.

  • English at minimum B2.

What we offer:

  • Annual bonus based on your performance and company results.

  • Long term discretionary incentive plan based on Allegro.eu shares (restricted stock units).

  • A great learning opportunity, working with people coming from a lot of experience in top tier strategy consulting and e-commerce space.

  • Well-located offices (with e.g., fully equipped kitchens, bicycle parking, terraces full of greenery) and excellent work tools (e.g., raised desks, ergonomic chairs, interactive conference rooms).

  • A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan - you choose what you like (e.g., medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers).

  • English classes that we pay for related to the specific nature of your job.

  • A training budget, inter-team tourism and an internal learning platform where you will find multiple trainings.

  • An additional day off for volunteering, which you can use alone, with a team, or with a larger group of people connected by a common goal.

  • Social events for Allegro people - Spin Kilometers, Family Day, Fat Thursday, and many other occasions we enjoy.
