Product Lead - Insurance Experience

The role

• You own the global insurance experience end-to-end: claims submission, reimbursement speed, member reassurance across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada.
• You translate complex insurance rules into radically simple member experiences that turn anxiety into trust.
• You partner with designers, engineers, ops, GMs, sales, and customer care to define strategy, build scalable foundations, and set new industry standards for what insurance should feel like.

What they are looking for

• 6+ years of product experience (PM, founder, or business strategy) with proven track record handling multi-country or multi-market products.
• Deep dive capability: you get excited to understand complex insurance rules and translate them into delightfully simple UX.
• Technical fluency: you partner effectively with engineering and data, understand feasibility, and have managed complex migrations.
• Influence without authority: you rally distributed teams around shared vision and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
• Fluency in French and English required.
