Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Aircraft Control MBSE/RBE  Business Owner (f/m) to join our Aircraft Control Digital solution team based in Toulouse, France.


 

You will be part of a team developing Digital Solution for Aircraft Control designers. As part of the Aircraft Control Digital solution team, you will be involved in MBSE/RBE Process and Methods aiming at securing Aircraft deliveries on time and Quality.

Your challenges:

  • Stakeholder & Needs Management: Gather and prioritize key requirements to ensure tools meet Aircraft Control needs and serve as the main point of contact for the system engineering team.

  • Standardization: Unify Aircraft Control methods around MBSE/RBE standards (DO331) and ensure tools align with Airbus methods and data standards.

  • Strategy & Value: Collaborate with the Product Manager to define the roadmap, track success metrics, and ensure features deliver business value.

  • Change Management: Lead migration and training initiatives to maximize tool adoption.


 

Your boarding pass:

10 years in System Engineering.

  • Hard skills

    • Ability to translate technical complexity into business-value language.

    • Deep knowledge of MBSE/RBE, incl. DESO 0201 and classical V&V process (DETA) for safety critical developments

    • Knowledge of DO 331 (Model Based Development and Verification Supplement to DO178C)

  • Soft skills :

    • Leadership, Team spirit, Communication skills

    • User oriented, ability to capture user needs

    • Autonomy, curiosity, proactivity

    • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams and successfully achieve alignment in complex situations.
