Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) Robot Learning

The role

• Own the product roadmap for robot learning systems, balancing data acquisition, model performance, and real-world deployment constraints.
• Translate customer use cases and operational requirements into concrete learning problems, data needs, and system specifications.
• Drive end-to-end robot learning workflows covering data collection, model training, evaluation, and deployment on physical platforms.
• Ensure alignment between AI models, robotics systems, and data infrastructure so learned capabilities hold under real-world execution.
• Establish feedback cycles from deployed robots into data and model improvement, maintaining reliability as systems scale.

What they are looking for

• 5+ years as Product Manager or Product Owner managing complex technical products with multiple system dependencies, including AI and robotics.
• Working understanding of how data, models, and deployment interact in robotics—perception, imitation learning, or reinforcement learning experience.
• Systems thinking: reason across data pipelines, ML training, and robotic execution as integrated whole.
• Solid understanding of robotic components (sensors, actuators, control systems), ROS, Python, Linux, and ML workflows (training, evaluation, deployment).
• Demonstrated delivery of complex technical products in agile environments with backlog management and cross-functional coordination.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
