The role
- You own the quality and strategic impact of a data product across adidas' AI and Data Science area.
- You shape the product vision, roadmap, backlog, milestones, and capability expansion with product, tech, and business stakeholders.
- You drive adoption, KPI tracking, documentation, enablement, and continuous improvement for global users.
- You work with Global Markets, Data & Analytics, Business Functions, Tech, IT, and Operations teams.
What they are looking for
- You bring 3-5+ years in a digital or eCommerce environment, ideally with data-heavy products.
- You can translate business needs into functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready backlog items.
- You are comfortable using analytics, data visualization, A/B testing, and AI tools to improve product outcomes.
- You have strong stakeholder management skills and can present clearly in English, both in person and remotely.
