You collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations teams. You will also work with the Motion High Power division and cross-divisional product management colleagues to develop future-proof, optimized power drive trains and system solutions.

The position is based in Helsinki, Pitäjänmäki, and includes regular international travel.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to understanding and solving complex industrial challenges
  • Strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans and execution
  • Practical experience in product lifecycle management, from roadmap definition to market launch
  • Valid working permit for Finland
