Commercial Product Manager

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a commercial product manager to play a pivotal role in a corporate entrepreneurship project. You will work on next-generation solutions for the dental industry, joining an integrated multi-disciplinary team, where the hierarchy is flat, and things move fast. As a commercial product manager, you will work closely with other disciplines to transform innovation concepts into commercial success stories via products that our users will love and use!

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, commercialization, medical device innovation, and clinical value creation. It is a rare chance to shape the commercial agenda for a new product category and the way it reaches future users.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and execute customer visits to identify user pains, workflow friction, etc.

• Translate insights into executable opportunities where technical innovation converges into revenue-driving commercial plans and campaigns

• Initiate and lead business planning, commercialization, and go-to-market execution.

• Define and drive product strategy, positioning, segmentation, and pricing

• Form synergies between the existing installed base of 3Shape products, Consumables, services, and local reimbursement constraints/opportunities

Your profile

• You are a commercial generalist with the ability to navigate ambiguity well and love the learning curve that comes with it.

• You likely have a minimum of three years of experience within commercial product management , preferably within high-tech, medical devices, or entrepreneurship.

• You likely have a relevant master’s degree in economics, business development, or business administration.

• You have strong analytical skills combined with a high work capacity and the ability to get tasks done on time.

• You thrive, being the link between professional disciplines, where you will be able to bridge between areas of expertise.

• You possess strong communication and presentation skills in oral and written English.

• You care about your colleagues and have unquestionable values.
