What you’ll do
- Take ownership of well-scoped topics within the energy tariff portfolio from analysis to implementation
- Drive product improvements and feature rollouts for dynamic electricity tariff products across core markets
- Contribute to launching new regulatory products, such as Direktvermarktung
- Analyze market communication workflows to identify inefficiencies and drive reliability
What they’re looking for
- Enrolled in a university program (Business, Economics, Engineering, Energy Management) with at least two semesters remaining
- Ability to commit 15-20 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours during breaks
- Strong interest in energy markets, tariffs, and the energy transition
- Excellent language skills in English and German (written and spoken)
- Experience with Google Sheets/Excel

Deine Position
As a member of our Global Product Management Team for Energy Tariffs, you play an active role in a visionary and dynamic group committed to revolutionizing the global energy sector. Building upon our Heartbeat AI Platform, our mission is to develop energy tariff products across our core markets, take operational and commercial ownership of them, and shape new regulatory products end-to-end. You sit at the center of product, regulation, commercial, and operations, and turn a fast-moving energy market into customer value. In your role you will:
Drive Your Own Initiatives: Take ownership of well-scoped topics within our energy tariff portfolio, from analysis to recommendation to implementation. You lead your own initiatives and are accountable for their outcomes.
Contribute to Our Energy Tariff Products: Work on our dynamic electricity tariff products across core markets, driving product improvements, feature rollouts, and customer experience initiatives.
Support Regulatory Product Launches: Contribute to the launch of new products driven by regulatory change (e.g. Direktvermarktung), helping translate regulatory requirements into concrete product decisions.
Analyze & Improve Marktkommunikation Processes: Dive into our market communication workflows, identify inefficiencies, and drive initiatives that make our energy retail engine faster and more reliable.
Monitor Performance & Iterate: Leverage customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends. Monitor KPIs to help optimize product adoption and overall customer satisfaction.
Prepare & Present: Prepare and present findings and recommendations to relevant Product Managers and stakeholders.
Dein Profil
You are enrolled at a university for at least two more semesters and can support us 15-20 hours per week during the semester, with up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks
You are studying Business, Economics, Engineering, Energy Management, or a comparable course of studies
You have a keen interest in the energy market, energy tariffs, and the energy transition, with a strong motivation to drive impactful change
You have experience with and enjoy working in Google Sheets/Excel: SQL or Python skills are a plus
You are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time
You are a problem solver, able to adapt to changing environments and stakeholder needs
Previous experience in the energy sector, product management, or consulting is a plus, but we're happy to get you up to speed - motivation counts!
Excellent language skills in English and German (both written and spoken)
